In the Hârtibaciu Plateau/Podişul Hârtibaciului and the Târnava Plateau/Podişul Târnavelor
As many as 53 hiking trails allow visitors to hike from fortress to fortress and explore the magnificent hilly landscape of the Hârtibaciu and Târnava Plateaus. Most hiking trails are accessible on foot and by bike and are suitable for day trips.

The Samuel von Brukenthal Culture Trail
The Samuel von Brukenthal Culture Trail consists of 9 day tours in the Valea Hârtibaciului/Harbachtal and Valea Oltului/Alttal. Parts of the hiking trail wind from town to town, along old historical roads and paths, through a richly diverse cultural landscape.
The full-colour hiking map, scale 1:50,000, provides additional information about different places and the surrounding landscape. The Grecu-Churches Cultural Trail
The Grecu-Churches Cultural Trail consists of bicycle and car trails in Hârtibaciului Plateau and Fagaras Land. In the center of the cultural trail are orthodox churches pained by the Grecu brothers. The brochure provides additional information about each Grecu-Church and another sighs.
